Ciao Bella! 
Okay so throwing the pizza is a lot easier than it looks! But finding my class was a a little difficult, not understanding a whole lot of italian is a struggle! I definitely said where’s the bathroom (bagno) instead of where’s the classroom (aula). Rookie mistake for when your trying to learn italian. I knew I said something once I got a strange look. I need to spend more time on google translation!

 The semester is officially beginning again and I can’t wait to begin! Nothing like a fresh start to the semester. I’m excited about the classes I am taking, a pizza laboratory class, I mean who wouldn’t be excited about that! I hope I don’t throw the pizza dough to high and it falls on my face. I mean why is it that you have to throw pizza dough into the air?!

New Years Resolution, I’m thinking about writing a cookbook! What do y’all...ooops... you’s guys think?! I was thinking of making this cookbook for college students. It would be easy recipes for college students to follow as well as ingredients that are affordable on a college student budget and healthy! I was thinking of doing an assortment of recipes from appetizers, entrees, and deserts! Here is a sneak peek of one of the appetizer pages for the cook book! Im thinking of calling the cookbook “Keep it Saucy!”

Ciao Bella! 
Merry Christmas to me! Best thing ever happened today, my dad surprised us with a cooking class in Tuscany. We learned how to make some great authentic italian cuisine. They even provided us with a special cookbook! Hopfeully I remember all the little tricks to make the recipes. We got to make raviolis from scratch by using a hand crank pasta maker to roll out the pasta, a ravioli stamp which gives the grooves and shape of the raviolis, and make the filling with portabella mushrooms and an amazing cream sauce.
